I have not been here for ages.

And even though I’m maintaining a constant weight and not worrying about food, I haven’t had the chance to run as much as I used to because I’m literally spending all my free time sleeping or doing school work. I’ve started eating more chocolate and junk which is just making me unhappy. I drink loads of water and green tea and still eat lots of salad and humous and falafel and porridge and yoghurts and nice things like that, but with junk on top. Therefore my plan is:

  • Go running twice a week.
  • No more chocolate or cake.
  • Go to bed by half ten.
  • Get my 5 a day.
  • Sit ups etc every other evening.

My running tracker messed up this morning.

And one of my drama teachers was walking on the other side of the road, which was edgy because I was skipping a drama lesson….. Hope she doesn’t say anything…..

Might skip the first part of school tomorrow and go for a run.

Then I can have a lie in, do some exercise and get to school in time to go to the choir festival. Need to make sure I run a lot because I don’t have dancing the next two weeks because of half term and my show.

I had weird cravings today because I had a pretty bad hangover/ come down. I love school jacket potatoes with tuna though…. Come to think of it, I’ve only really eaten carbs and protein all day, plus some fruit and lots of green tea (brilliant detox :P). We might be going to the new sushi place before the concert tomorrow… I love sushi!!!
